ZLP Series Suspended platform / Cradle / Gondola is mainly used in exterior wall construction and maintenance of high-rise and multi-story buildings. For example: exterior wall plastering, brushing coating, paint, cleaning, sticking marble, curtain wall construction, repairing works of bridges and dams. It is also applied for installation of elevators, hull outside repairs in ship construction. This is an ideal machine for construction companies, curtain wall companies and cleaning companies. By using this product, scaffolds could be omitted, therefore, a lot of steel, wood and manpower would be saved, and also the construction period could be shortened with the great decrease of construction cost.

Along with standard platforms we also manufacture  special Suspended Working Platforms with 90°, 45° and Circular shapes or manufacture platforms as per client’s specific requirements.

1. Working platform, suspension mechanism

With hot galvanized steel,the suspension mechanism uses 80*80,70*70 square tube, thickness is 3.75mm, front and rear girder is 2.35mm thickness, middle girder is 2.48mm, thickness of working platform is 2.2mm.

2. Hoist

With famous brand of motor, large braking torque, unique anti-rope clamping device, when the rope is clamped,the alarming rings,the motor stops working, so that factor of safety is increased meantime, maintenance cost of hoist is reduced. Lubrication oil is 220# industry gear oil.

3. Safety lock

The lock cylinder uses special stainless steel, with strong impact resistance, higher toughness, wear resistant, long services life,safe and reliable.

4. Electric system

 The electric components uses CHNT,SCHNEIDER brand, reliable quality,easy to maintain.

5. Counter weight

The shell of counter weight uses 1.5mm steel plate, the using life can be more than 5 years.

6. Wire rope
